Delivery times
UK Deliveries
Small orders placed through our online shop on a UK working day (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) before 12:00 UTC will normally be dispatched on the same day.
Larger orders, such as manuals, placed before 12:00 UTC will normally be dispatched the next working day. We use an express courier service or, for small items, first class mail, so delivery within the UK will normally be next working day.
Deliveries Outside of the UK
Deliveries to Europe will vary.
Delivery to the rest of the World will vary.
If you need an estimated delivery time before placing your order, please contact us. All orders are dispatched using a ‘signed for’ service so please ensure that you specify a delivery address where someone will be available to accept your order.
Customs and import duties
Deliveries to non-UK destinations may be subject to local customs fees and import taxes.
Shipping charges
The shipping rates depend on the weight and bulk of the item(s) you have ordered and your delivery address. They are calculated on check-out before you confirm your order.
